Liko, the patient handling division of Hill-Rom, has launched its first community range of patient lifts.
The new Liko 200 Series is aimed at the loan store market and care homes. The three products in the series can all be tailored to the user’s specific requirements.
The Likorall 200 ceiling lift has a maximum load capacity of 200kg, and a simple design that makes it economical for those with less demanding lifting needs. It is suitable for most lifting situations.
The Uno 200 is a versatile mobile lift for the most common lifting situations in nursing homes and home care. It can lift up to 200kg, and can be adjusted to alter the lifting height and maximum load.
The Sabina 200 is used to assist people in rising from a sitting to a standing position. There is a choice of three settings on the mast to match the height of the individual. The lifting function and anchor points are close to the patient’s centre of gravity.
Based in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, Hill-Rom is a global supplier of patient support systems. Having acquired the Swedish assistive device specialist Liko in 2008, Hill-Rom provides Liko patient handling equipment to hospitals, schools, care homes and the community across the UK.
